CONTEST RULES
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to the public. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. This contest is not open to Community Spirit Bank employees or their immediate family members.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12 PM CST on July 19, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on August 3, 2021 (“Contest Period”). All entries (“Submissions”) must be received by 11:59 PM CST on July 26, 2021. Internal deliberation to determine the top five Submissions will take place from July 27, 2021 to July 28, 2021. Public round of voting (to be held on Community Spirit’s Facebook page) on top five submissions as voted on by the internal committee begins at 12 PM CST on July 29, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on August 3, 2021. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion. The submission with the most votes at 11:59 PM CST on August 3, 2021 will win the designated prizes. The winner will be announced on Facebook before 11:59 PM CST on August 4, 2021.
HOW TO ENTER
Method of entry into the Contest: Online entries only through https://communityspirit.pgtb.me/6wDTkK.
Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form to participate in the contest. Submissions must not contain offensive material. Photos cannot contain children, spouses or be of any relation to the employee. Submissions and photos must be original content from the entrant. Community Spirit Bank is not responsible for copyright infringement.
PHOTO RELEASE
By submitting my story and/or photo, I agree that Community Spirit Bank may use my story or photo as publicity on their Facebook page and for any marketing materials for Community Spirit Bank. By submitting in this Contest, I verify that I have taken the photo I submit, and it is not copied from anyone else. By submitting this story and/or photo, I also agree that I have permission to enter this photo from each person (or their legal guardian) featured in the image.
Entrants are responsible for all content they upload; content will not contain imagery that might be threatening, violent, pornographic, etc. Community Spirit Bank reserves the right to delete any photographs that do not follow these Contest Rules.
WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. The Contest begins at 12 PM CST on July 19, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on August 3, 2021 (“Contest Period”). All entries (“Submissions”) must be received by 11:59 PM CST on July 26, 2021. An internal committee will decide which five Submissions will move onto the public voting round. Public voting on the top five Submissions as determined by the internal committee will take place on Community Spirit’s Facebook page beginning at 12 PM CST on July 29, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on August 3, 2021. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion. The winner with the most votes at 11:59 PM CST on August 3, 2021, will win the designated prizes. The winner will be announced on Facebook before 11:59 PM CST on August 4, 2021.
Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and any other communications related to this Contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within ten (10) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. The alternate winner will be the next Submission with the most votes.
PRIZES:
The winner, as voted on by the public, will win $500 cash and decide where Community Spirit Bank donates an additional $500 to.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contests cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.
PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use the photo, his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment, except where prohibited by law.
